Prelims is just a screening test of the student, final ranking is based on the Mains score and Personality test. So if you are a serious aspirant of UPSC then you start your preparation as an integrated approach. The syllabus of UPSC is too vast. UPSC mains exam consists of total nine papers, two are non qualifying and seven are qualifying paper.
